- The Italia Yachts 9.98 Fuoriserie hull, keel and rudder were designed using extensive computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modelling and prediction programs (VPP) to maximise velocity performance. She has slender waterlines and extended transom lines when upright. This gives the advantage on downwind legs, whereas waterlines get much longer and wider at increasing heeling angles, giving greater stability whilst remaining symmetrical and balanced.
- In short, the Italia Yachts 9.98 is a yacht, but sails like a dinghy!
The Italia Yachts shipyard is based in Fano. Most of the GRP production and assembly are done at the shipyard. We can commission your Italia Yachts in Fano at the Adriatic Sea or a marina of your choice.
