Hull and Deck Construction

Glass-foam sandwich Vinyl Ester laminate vacuum bagged. Sandwich construction with PVC foam core.

Structural bulkheads in composite glass vinyl ester sandwich with some reinforced unidirectional fibres and then bonded to the hull with structural vinyl ester adhesive and/or selected bonding paste (plexus or spa-bond).

Standard white gelcoat finish.

Male/Female cassette style keel connection. Cast iron fin with moulded composite fairings. Cast Lead bulb with composite fairings.

Twin transom mounted impact-protect kick up system. Fabricated aluminium open backed rudder cassettes with impact fuse. Single GRP composite tiller and Spinlock tiller extension.

Launch, 20L diesel, engine pdi, hanging anode.
