TERMS OF USE
A - This is a legally binding agreement regarding the use of our application (the "App"), you and Fairmead Communications Limited ("Fairmead or "we" or "us"), 5 Britannia Place, Station Street, Lymington. SO41 3BA.
B - These Terms may be amended from time to time, but constitute an agreement between you and Fairmead Communications Limited. We reserve the right to update these terms at any point and the update will become effective immediately. The terms shall be governed in accordance with English Law and you agree to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
C - By downloading or accessing the App you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), our privacy policy and our cookie policy. If you have any queries about the App or these terms you can contact us via our website https://www.seahorse.co.uk/shop/contact_us/. If you do not agree with these terms you should stop using the App immediately.
D - The App is made available for your own personal use. The App must not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever or for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You agree that when using the App you will comply with all applicable laws whether of the UK or otherwise ("Applicable Laws") and these Terms. In particular, but without limitation, you agree not to:
(i) Use the App in any unlawful manner or in a manner which promotes or encourages illegal activity including (without limitation) copyright infringement; or
(ii) Attempt to gain to gain unauthorised access to the App or any networks, servers or systems connected to the App;
(iii) Modify, adapt, translate or reverse engineer any part of the App.
You agree to indemnify Fairmead Communications Limited in full and on demand from and against any loss, damage, costs or expenses which it suffers or incurs directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the App otherwise than in accordance with these Terms or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms or Applicable Laws.
