HISTORY

Seahorse came into existence as the club magazine for the Royal Ocean Racing Club. It has subsequently gone through the hands of the Observer and Guardian newspaper groups before coming into private hands and basing itself out of Lymington.

Seahorse's reputation has continued to grow and it is regarded as the World's foremost performance sailing title.

As a legacy of it's roots the first 3,500 subscribers to Seahorse are all members of the Royal Ocean Racing Club.
