Don't look, don't listenFeedback received following last month's comments about the impracticality of the current America's Cup Protocol suggests that a major rethink is indeed in order. Of course, the reality is that little meaningful can be discussed until the outcome of the 2003 event is decided. Depending on who wins next year's contest, there could be such wholesale changes to the America's Cup that issues of importance today will fade into insignificance..... A better waySad is the only way to describe news that there will indeed be civil litigation on behalf of some (not all) of the victims of the 1998 Sydney-Hobart tragedy. It will be some time before all of the details of the actions emerge, but to very many people it will be a matter of regret that they are there at all....
